The figures on this site
Every figure published here is projected. The per-unit gross, the recapture, the return ratio, and each worked example are drawn from thirty years of operating experience on real dealership floors. They are not measured results from a live installation, because there is not one yet. That is precisely what the launch dealers are for, and it is said in the same words wherever a figure appears.
Nothing on this site is an offer, and nothing on it forms an agreement. Rates, terms, and availability are settled in writing between a rooftop and us, and that document governs.
Using this site
The words, figures, marks, and design here belong to Carniche. Reading them, forwarding them, and showing them to anyone in your organization is what they are for. Republishing them as someone else's is not.
What is still being settled
Governing law, liability, and the notice address are part of the terms counsel is preparing.
